FAQs
Good to know.
Answers to the questions we hear most often — and a few that make your first visit feel easier.
- I'm completely new to pilates — where should I start?
- Welcome to CASA! We recommend beginning with any of our classes — whether it's group or single private sessions, your instructor will always be there to guide you if modifications need to be made. Please share any injuries or concerns with your instructor so they can modify any of the exercises to fit your needs.
- What should I wear?
- Form-fitting comfortable activewear and full toe grip socks. Grip socks are required and available at the studio for purchase.
- How early should I arrive?
- Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before class so we can welcome you, set up your reformer, and start on time.
- Do you offer private sessions?
- Yes — private and duet sessions are available with our senior instructors. Privates are ideal for first-timers, returning clients, or anyone working around an injury.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- There will be a $20 fee for late cancellations and no-shows, and the class credit will be forfeited. Memberships can be cancelled at any time.
- Do you have parking?
- There is plenty of parking. You can find parking in the plaza, as well as metered parking on N. Larchmont Blvd. and 2-hour residential parking on Rosewood Ave. nearby.
